The hotel is in the middle of the jungle, so its impressive to wake up with the noises of monkeys.

The staff wasn't friendly at all.

Jungle retreat

The pool is the centerpiece of the property. It was a perfect temperature and surrounded by the jungle. The front end at the infinity ️ side looks onto the parking lot, so, not perfect. The room had air conditioning and it was much needed. I went late June 2024 and it was hot and steamy outside all day.

Jacuzzi was cold and the Spa was only available on weekends, after my stay. The rooms are rustic and could use a floor mat and some wall art. There's a difference between minimalist and barren.

A beautiful and unique place to stay.

The staff were extremely nice and very helpful. The room was excellent and very comfortable. Lovely swimming pool with waterfall. The restaurant was beautiful and the food was very very good.

Comfortable, clean get-away

Nice cabaña and pool, clean and good a/c

We don't support use of single bottles of water. Thankfully, the staff let us refill our water bottle several times. Would be more affordable and better for the environment to have large jugs of water in various locations with hotel glasses or cups - less trash.

A Lovely Hotel in the Jungle

A comfortable bungalow located in a beautiful jungle setting with animals all around. Most of the staff were friendly and helpful.

We arrived around 1230pm and had to wait in 42C heat until 1500 which is check in time. The only places to wait were under a tree or up in the open sided restaurant. They should provide an area that's cooler for such a long wait.

Tropical feeling and value for money

Very big room with a super nice patio in the middle of a lushy garden, monkeys on the trees waking us in the morning! Air conditioning worked very well, it was 40 degrees and it was good to have it. Nice swimming poil to relax also until late at night. Good value for money

We missed a bit of airation in the toilet area. All good otherwise!

Beautiful jungle stay!

Location.Location.Location. Beautiful jungle hotel. Fantastic pool. Flowers, jungle noices. Hotel gave us a new room when we asked more sunny and bright room :)

A/C was little weak (outside very hot- 41C and humid), but we managed!

The hotel was clean, comfortable, lovely design in the jungle - saw and heard howler monkeys.

The design of the place (in amongst the trees), the pool was great, liked the restaurant food. The staff were very helpful - our hire car had a flat battery one morning and they arranged for someone to come to get the car started.

Handy location for visiting Palenque ruins. Great jungle ambience. Helpful staff who can arrange tours to waterfalls etc at a reasonable price.

Beautiful surroundings, comfortable accommodation

The hotel is nicely located within jungle surroundings. Hanging by the pool, you can see the little loros flying past, and you can hear the monkeys howling. Well situated close to the entrance of the maya ruins. The pool and hotel surroundings are very pretty and well maintained. The room was clean and spacious.

Beds are very small for 2 persons, as is common in Mexico. In our room the WiFi didn't work. After mentioning it to the staff, they unfortunately were not able to fix it. Restaurant food is quite pricy.

The hotel was clean and the environment was very relaxing, it was in the middle of the jungle and yet very well maintained

The hotel was far from the center and the restaurant of the hotel closed at 9, therefor getting to different Restaurants in the area required a taxi, and since we were tourists the taxis were really expensive even though we booked them from the hotel. Furthermore the reception was not very helpful and all in all would not recommend this hotel, not a good value of money!

Short and sweet visit, but great location, nice pool and restaurant

Personnel was nice and friendly. The pool size, location and water temperature is great, nice little fountain feature on one end, rooms are good size and comfortable. The restaurant has good breakfast options and the food is good.

My stay was too short to find anything that didn't meet my expectations.

Good place to stay in Palenque. When you have a car it is close to the city and the ruins (3 kilometers). Great pool to

Fresh towels and daily cleaning. In the middle of the forest. Big pool. Nice bathroom. Comfi beds. Nice terrace. Very relaxing. Nice staff!

No fridge. The terrace is shared with another room.

Wonderful

Our bungalow was comfortable, spotlessly clean with air-conditioning and very comfortable bedding. The gardens are beautiful and we saw monkeys, toucans, squirrels and even an agouti right there. The restaurant is pleasant and the food is pretty good.

Our bungalow was situated very close to the pool and at times it got a bit noisy. Fortunately the pool closes at 21h. It's a pity that the pool overlooks the parking lot.
